We recognise the important role that culture and identity (gender, age, sexuality, generation, cultural and faith background) play in how we see problems and how we apply solutions. Psychologist Monique Toohey has extensive experience working along side clients from diverse backgrounds, but also expertise in Cultural Intelligence (CQ), which is a framework that enables us to tailor evidence-based psychological interventions that are the best fit for you based on who you are.

It is important to us that the role that gender, culture, faith, being a person of colour, being a person from a culturally and linguistically marginalised community or an intersection of the above, are acknowledged and that your cultural strengths are harnessed in the therapeutic process.
